• Over 13 years of end-to-end recruiting experience as a Technical and Corporate Recruiter, primarily for IT/tech companies and medical devices. Supported regions include the US, APJ/APAC (Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Japan).
• 5 years of HR experience in Employee Relations and Diversity, proactively reducing stress for candidates, new hires, and current employees.
• Extensive global company experience, with over 19 years of living in Japan. Focused on diversity hiring and working with people from around the world.
• Adaptable team player with a customer service-centered approach, capable of adjusting to any environment and building strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and candidates at all levels.
• Over 4 years of people management experience in recruiting, with a passion for mentoring and watching team members grow and improve.
• Certificate in HR Managment from Temple University
• Licensed Japan Recruiter (This test administered by the Japanse government labor office and can only be taken in Japanese. All recruiters who run a business either have to be licensed or must work under a licensed recruiter)
